Herbal Remedies Program

EAU CLAIRE —
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education in Nursing will sponsor a program titled "Herbal Remedies: Adverse Effects and Drug Interactions" from 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, March 30.
The program will be presented in Room 114 of the UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing. Participants also may view the live presentation via satellite in Room 111 of St. Joseph's Hospital, Marshfield.
The program presenter is Dr. Susan Peck, associate professor of adult health nursing at UW-Eau Claire. She will discuss interactions among medications and herbs using a major illness approach.
The program costs $45, which includes instructional materials. Participants also may earn three continuing education contact hours. The registration deadline is March 20.
