EAU CLAIRE —
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire family health nursing faculty and sophomore students will conduct a free health assessment clinic for school-age children Tuesday, May 16, and Wednesday, May 17, at the School of Nursing.
The evaluations for children, aged 5-12 years, will include nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings and physical exams. Faculty members will sign some sports and camp physical forms.
Appointments begin between 4 and 5 p.m. Each screening will take approximately two hours to complete. Appointments are limited and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
