EAU CLAIRE
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education in Nursing will present a program for nurses from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday, March 10, at the Holiday Inn Campus Area.
"Paradigm Change vs. Magical Therapies: Overview of Complementary Therapies for Elders" will provide an overview of the field of complementary therapies. The presentation will include descriptions and demonstrations of different therapies, such as aromatherapy, massage and meditation.
Dr. Mariah Snyder, professor of nursing at the University of Minnesota, will present. Snyder has written a book on nursing interventions, many of which will be addressed during the presentation.
