EAU CLAIRE —
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performance the week beginning Monday, Jan. 31. The event is free and open to the public.
SUNDAY FEB. 6:
- A faculty music recital will be held at 2 p.m. in Phillips Recital Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center. The following music department faculty will perform: Dr. Jerry Young, professor, tuba; Dr. Barbara Young, lecturer, piano; and Andrew Parks, associate lecturer, horn. They will perform Sonata for Tuba, Op. 55, and "High Jinks," Op. 196, which were composed by Dr. Michael Cunningham, professor of music. The program also includes Andante and Allegro by Giuseppe Antonio Capuzzi and Suite for French Horn, Tuba and Piano by Alec Wilder.
