EAU CLAIRE —
The Blugold Organizations Bash, a member recruitment fair for UW-Eau Claire student organizations, will be held Wednesday, Feb. 2, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Council Fire Room, Davies Center.
A wide range of the more than 170 organizations on campus will hand out information and discuss the benefits of membership. Students are invited to shop around for the groups that will give them the best opportunities for friendship, involvement, leadership and job-related experience at UW-Eau Claire. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided.
In addition to recruiting new members, campus organizations will learn how to make a smooth leadership transition that will guarantee the group's effectiveness in the year to come. Organizations that would like a table at the event should register at the Student Organizations Complex, Room 132 of Davies Center, no later than Wednesday, Jan. 26.
