EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will host nationally known speaker Mark Therrien and his program "Staying Positively Insane For the Holidays!" at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 8, in Schofield Auditorium.
The program will provide individuals with ways to relieve the stress of the holiday season. The program has been offered in past years, but Therrien will present new information. Those who have attended in the past are encouraged to come again. The program is intended for anyone interested in unleashing creativity, building self-esteem, increasing productivity and living a healthier lifestyle. Therrien will help individuals look for joy and laughter in their lives during the busy season.
The program is sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences Continuing Education/UW-Extension and is open to the public. Tickets, available at the University Service Center, (715) 836-3727, are $5 for the public and $3 for UW-Eau Claire students with ID. Tickets also will be available at the door.
