EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performance the week beginning Monday, Nov. 29. The event is free and open to the public.

TUESDAY, NOV. 30:
  • Senior Julie Olson, Eau Claire, will present a recital in conducting at 5 p.m. in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center. She will conduct various wind, brass and percussion ensembles. Pieces to be performed include Overture for Winds by Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Charles Gounod's "Petite Symphonie" and two songs by Percy Aldridge Grainger.
