Students from Brazil
To Discuss Their Culture |

EAU CLAIRE
Six UW-Eau Claire students from Brazil will discuss various aspects of their culture at an International Roundtable discussion Wednesday, Oct. 27, at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
The presentation, which will begin at 4 p.m. in the Ojibwa Room, Davies Center, is titled "Brazil: Everything You Want to Know ... Culture, Economic and Political Issues, Customs and Lifestyles of the Largest Country in South America."
Panelists will be seniors Flavia Couto, Jayme Ribeiro Neto and Branda Rochwerger, sophomores Cristiana Oliveira and Viviane Reis, and freshman Heloisa Arruda. Dr. Rose-Marie Avin, associate professor of economics at UW-Eau Claire, will facilitate the discussion.
The International Roundtable is cosponsored by the UW-Eau Claire Center for International Education and the University Activities Commission of the Student Senate. Admission is free, and refreshments will be served. -30- JS/BW
