EAU CLAIRE
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Continuing Education in Nursing will sponsor "Depression: A Life Span Concern" from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 21, at the Holiday Inn Campus Area in Eau Claire.
Presenters for the program are Dr. Minette Ponick, clinical psychologist, Sacred Heart Behavioral and Psychiatric Services; Dr. Mahmoud Ahmed, physician, Marshfield Clinic, Eau Claire; Karen Maddox, assistant professor of family health nursing, UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing; Dr. Rana Limbo, clinical nurse specialist, UW-Madison School of Nursing; and Cindy Ziebell, clinical counselor, National Association for People and Families with Mental Illness, Eau Claire.
Individuals seeking continuing education credit will gain six credit hours by attending the program.
