• Self Esteem for Women:3:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays from Oct. 12 to Nov. 16. This group will help women learn more about themselves and their relationships with others, as well as how to appreciate and feel better about themselves.

• The Seven Habits Group: 3:30 to 5 p.m. Tuesdays from Oct. 12 to Dec.7. This group focuses on reviewing, discussing and applying the principles of personal effectiveness found in Steven R. Covey's text, "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." Group size is limited to eight people.

• Assertion Training: 3:30 to 5 p.m. Wednesdays from Oct. 13 to Nov. 17. In this group participants will learn assertive social skills, as well as how to express themselves and to feel good about doing so without hurting others in the process.

• Men's Growth Group: 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesdays from Oct. 13 and throughout the academic year. This group is designed to provide meaningful exploration of personal and interpersonal issues within the context of an all-male group.

• Coping with Depression/Stress and Diet: 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursdays from Oct. 28 to Nov.11. This group will focus on self-help methods for dealing with depression and stress.

• Getting Yourself Together When Your Parents Are Apart (Adult Children of Divorce Group): 3:30 to 5 p.m. Thursdays from Nov. 4 to Dec. 9. This group will focus on participants' feelings about their parents' divorce, establishing adult relationships with each parent, forming healthy intimate relationships and learning to listen and care for their own needs.

• First Offenders Alcohol Education Groups: These groups are offered on an as-needed basis. Call or stop by Counseling Services office for more information.
