EAU CLAIRE
New England-based coffeehouse performer Sara Wheeler will close out The Cabin season at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with three free concerts May 13-15.
Her shows will begin at 8 p.m. Thursday through Saturday in The Cabin, Davies Center.
A prolific singer-songwriter with an airy soprano voice, Wheeler plays the piano, acoustic guitar and trumpet. Her sound is a contagious folk-rock that incorporates progressive styles. Her fourth full-length CD, "Moonlight Dancers," was released last September.
The show is open to all ages; proof of age is required for alcohol purchase.
The Cabin program is sponsored by the University Activities Commission of the UW-EC Student Senate.
