EAU CLAIRE — The fifth annual Take Back the Night Rally will begin at 8 p.m. April 22 on the Campus Mall at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
The event, sponsored by the group Students Empowering Women Against Violence and Peer Health Educators, is designed to promote sexual assault awareness.
Speakers, poets and musicians will be on hand, including a speaker from the Bolton Refuge House and the Sacred Heart SANE program. A speak out and candlelight vigil will follow.
The rally is free and open to everyone.
