EAU CLAIRE — Sophomore nursing students and the nursing faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will provide a free health assessment clinic for children ages 6 to 12 on May 10 and 11.
Children will receive free evaluations that will include health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings and physical exams. Faculty will sign some sports or camp physical forms.
Health assessments will begin between 4 and 5:15 p.m. Parents should allow two hours for the complete screening assessment.
Appointments are limited and will be taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
