EAU CLAIRE — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performances the week beginning Monday, March 8. All events are free and open to the public.
    MONDAY, MARCH 8:
  • A joint student recital with senior Joseph Coughlin, Chippewa Falls, on saxophone and junior Brian Spurgeon, River Falls, on percussion, at 5 p.m. in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center. Both will play individual pieces and then collaborate for their final piece, "Circus-Parade," by Pierre Max Dubois.

    • THURSDAY, MARCH 11:
  • Christopher Hahn, Rosemount, Minn., will perform his junior recital on French horn at 5 p.m. in Phillips Recital Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center.
