EAU CLAIRE
Dr. Elizabeth Faue from the Wayne State University history department will make two presentations at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as part of Women's History Month.
Faue's first presentation will begin at 4 p.m. March 4 in the Hibbard Hall Penthouse. The talk is titled "Goddesses and Monsters in Women's History, Or, Who is Peggy Eaton and Why Does She Remind Me of Hillary Clinton." A reception will immediately follow the presentation.
Faue also will present a talk titled "Gender and Labor History" at 1 p.m. March 5 in room 705 of Hibbard Hall.
The UW-Eau Claire history department, the Office of University Research and the UW-Eau Claire Foundation will sponsor the presentations.
