EAU CLAIRE —
The Conferences and Reservations Office will relocate from the lower level of Davies Center to the upper level on Monday, Feb. 22.
Reservations can be made until 4 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 19, at the present office in Davies Center 159. The office will open at 8 a.m. the following Monday in its new location, Davies Center 225, adjacent to the University Dining Services Office.
A division of University Centers and Programs, the Conferences and Reservations Office maintains a comprehensive calendar of all non-academic activities on campus. Meeting rooms, auditoriums, audio-visual equipment, display spaces and other campus facilities may be used or rented by registered campus organizations, offices and departments, faculty/staff or students. Reservations may be made Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. in person or by calling (715) 836-3882.
The office also works with campus organizations and offices in the planning and execution of seminars, workshops, institutes and other university-related activities on campus. Non-university organizations may reserve and rent campus facilities through the Conferences and Reservations Office, which will assist with technical arrangements, dining service and other needs.
