Foster Gallery Opens
Spring Semester Shows

EAU CLAIRE —
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Foster Gallery will kick off the 1999 season with an exhibit titled "New Issues in Painting."
The show will run Jan. 28 through Feb. 18. Art works by painters of national renown will be on display.
The artists displaying works are Robert Knipschild, Nancy Mladenoff, Lance Kiland and Laurence Rathsack. Artists were selected by the four members of UW-Eau Claire's painting faculty.
In addition to the paintings, the artists submitted the drawings used to formulate their final works.
An opening reception for the show is slated for 7:30-9 p.m. Jan. 28 in the Foster Gallery of the Haas Fine Arts Center.
Gallery hours are 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. weekdays and 1-4:30 p.m. weekends.
