Spring Planetarium Programs

EAU CLAIRE
The spring semester planetarium series will begin in February at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
"Deadly Neighbors" is a 30-minute presentation on the threat to our civilization posed by the impacts of comets and asteroids. The presentation will be followed by a 10-minute overview of the current sky.
Presentations will begin at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 4, 11, 18 and 25; March 4, 11 and 25; April 8, 15, 22 and 29; and May 6.
Tickets are $1 and must be purchased in advance at the University Service Center in Davies Center, (715) 836-3727. An adult should accompany young children.
All shows will be in the L.E. Phillips Planetarium. The planetarium is located in the J. Newman Clark Bird Museum in the front of Phillips Science Hall at UW-Eau Claire.
