Wind Ensemble Concert
To Perform Nov. 20

EAU CLAIRE
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Wind Ensemble will perform its fall concert at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 20 in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center.
Under the direction of Todd Fiegel, director of University Bands, the concert will open with "Florentiner March" by Fucik and then the Wind Ensemble will perform Leonard Bernstein's "Candide Overture." English composer Benjamin Britten's "Courtly Dances," from his opera "Gloriana," and "Tears" by the contemporary American composer David Maslanka, will complete the first half.
Malcolm Arnold's "Water Music," a chorale setting of J.S. Bach, "William Byrd Suite" by British composer Gordon Jacob, and Jacques Press' "Wedding Dance" will complete the program.
Tickets, available at the University Service Center, (715) 836-3727, are $4.75 for adults, $3.75 for seniors, children under 18 or faculty/staff with a university ID, or $1.25 for students with a university ID. Tickets also will be available at the door.
