What do Cherry Poppin' Daddies, Thelonious Monk and Paul Simon have in common?
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Vocal Jazz Ensemble is slated to perform its works for its fall concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center.

A trio composed of piano, bass and percussion will play "Jij-a-Jug," "Little Birdie" and "Blue Monk" before Vocal Jazz comes back out to sing "You Can Call Me Al" by Paul Simon and "Zoot Suit Riot" by Cherry Poppin' Daddies.
