Women's Concert Chorale
To Perform Nov. 8

EAU CLAIRE
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will present the fall Women's Concert Chorale performance at 5 p.m. Nov. 8 in Gantner Concert Hall of the Haas Fine Arts Center.
Mendelssohn's "Lift Thine Eyes (Elijah)" will begin the program. The chorale will perform works by J.S. Bach, Niccola Porpora, Howard Hanson and Vincent Persichetti to round out the first half of the concert.
After a short intermission, the women will return to sing "The Music of the Night" from Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Phantom of the Opera," along with works from Jack Feldman, Norman Dello Joio, Paul Fetler and selections from "An American Quilt."
Stephen Rosolack, associate professor of music and theatre arts, will direct the Women's Concert Chorale.
Tickets for the concert are $4.75 for adults, $3.75 for seniors, children under 18 and faculty/staff with a university ID, or $1.25 for students with a university ID. Tickets may be purchased at the University Service Center in Davies Center, (715) 836-3727. -30- JV/JB
