Free Physical Exams
For School-Age Children

EAU CLAIRE —
Free health assessments for school-age children will be offered Monday, Dec. 7, and Tuesday, Dec. 8, in the Nursing Building at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Appointment times for children ages 6 to 12 will begin between 4 and 5 p.m. Each screening takes about two hours to complete.
Sophomore nursing students and nursing faculty will give free evaluations, including health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings, and physical exams. Faculty will sign some sports or camp physical forms.
