To Offer Free Physical Exams

EAU CLAIRE — University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire sophomore nursing students and nursing faculty will conduct a free health assessment clinic for school-age children Tuesday, Aug. 4.
Children, ages 6-12, can receive free evaluations that will include health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings and physical exams. Faculty will sign some sports or camp physical forms.
Appointments begin between 1 and 3:30 p.m. Parents should allow about two hours for complete screening assessment.
