Twenty-first Annual Summer
Institute Slated for July 7-16

EAU CLAIRE
The second session of the 21st Annual Summer Institute will be held July 7-16 at the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire.
The session, sponsored by the Arts and Sciences Continuing Education office, offers students in grades one through 12 an opportunity to participate in 24 classes emphasizing interactive, hands-on activities. Each class will be taught for two hours a day, four days a week.
Courses offered include forensic science, physics, geography, Spanish, French, drama, medieval arts, drawing, batik, cartooning and writing. Parents and children select courses based on the child's interests, capabilities and motivations.
UW-Eau Claire faculty, instructors from public and private schools, and members of the Eau Claire and surrounding communities will teach the classes.
Tuition for each class is $50 with a $10 fee for materials. For those students wanting to enroll in morning and afternoon classes, a supervised lunch will be offered for an additional fee.
