EAU CLAIRE -- A senior journalism major was the recipient of the Marshall B. Atkinson Scholarship given by the Eau Claire Leader-Telegram.

Kirsten Singleton, Clintonville, received the $500 scholarship during the communication and journalism department's annual convocation May 7.
