EAU CLAIRE -- Two students at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire were recently elected to executive positions on the Residence Hall Coeducational Judicial Board.
Senior Tyson Schmidtke, a business finance major from Waterville, Minn., was re-elected as chairperson of the 11-member board.
Re-elected as secretary of the board was sophomore Brian Funk, a criminal justice major from Eagan, Minn.
The board has jurisdiction on matters pertaining to violations of existing rules and regulations of UW-Eau Claire residence halls if violations occur. It makes recommendations and assesses discipline to protect the rights of the students on-campus.
