Festival to Celebrate Hispanic
And Latino Cultures

EAU CLAIRE -- The Festival de Culturas Unidos (The United Cultures Festival) will be held from 7-9 p.m. May 6 in Towers Hall at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
The event is a celebration of Hispanic and Latino cultures.
The program will feature a mariachi band, literature readings, arts and crafts presentations, dance lessons and a presentation on the traditional Mexican culture. All sessions will run concurrently at different locations in Towers Hall.
The event is sponsored by the Making Our School an Intercultural Community (MOSAIC), Housing & Residence Life, the Hispanic/Latino Student Association, Advocates for Multicultural Education and the Center for International Education.
The event is free and open to the public.
