Nursing Students Offer Free
Health Assessment Clinic

EAU CLAIRE -- University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire sophomore nursing students and nursing faculty will conduct a free health assessment clinic for school-age children Wednesday, May 6, and Thursday, May 7.
Children ages 6-12 can receive free evaluations, which include nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings, physical exams and health histories. Faculty will sign some sports or camp physical forms.
Appointments begin between 4 and 5 p.m. Parents should allow about two hours for complete screening assessment.
