Hmong Entertainer to
Perform at UW-Eau Claire

EAU CLAIRE -- Hmong entertainers will perform March 18 and 19 and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Comedian, storyteller and rapper Tou Ger Xiong will perform March from 8 to 9:30 p.m. March 18 in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center. Xiong will incorporate into his performance Hmong culture and his experiences in fleeing to the United States.
Joe Bee Xiong, a Hmong qeng dancer, will perform his qeng and other Hmong music from 7:30 to 9 p.m. March 19 in the Council Fire Room of Davies Center. Hmong dancers also will perform traditional Hmong dances.
The events are free and open to the public.
