EOC Offers Program
for Nursing Fields

EAU CLAIRE -- People interested in receiving tips on how to reach their goals in the nursing field are invited to attend the presentation "Climbing the Nursing Ladder."
The Educational Opportunity Center, housed at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, will sponsor the event, which runs from 7-9 p.m. Monday, Feb. 23, in the Alumni Room in Davies Center.
The presentation will provide information about nursing completion programs available to residents of Eau Claire. Completion programs provide additional education to associate degree nurses seeking higher credentials and are available at UW-Eau Claire and Viterbo College.
The presentation will start with an introduction to the resources located at the EOC, and will continue with discussion about completion programs in the area.
Admission is free and the presentation is open to nurses, people thinking of entering a nursing completion program and the public.
