Planetarium Schedule

EAU CLAIRE -- The L.E. Phillips Planetarium, located on the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire campus, will host "Kids' Night at the Planetarium," giving children in the area the opportunity to visit the world of astronomy.
The roughly 30-minute presentation, an introduction to the planetarium and astronomy, is recommended for children ages 4 to 10 who are accompanied by an adult.
Shows start promptly at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 5, March 5, April 2 and May 7. All planetarium tickets are $1 and must be purchased in advance at the UW-Eau Claire Service Center. For ticket information, call 836-3727.
The planetarium also is featuring "A View From Eau Claire," a 45-minute presentation focusing on the night sky as seen by area astronomers.
Show times are 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12, 19, 26, March 12, 26, April 16, 23, 30 and May 14.
The planetarium is located in the J. Newman Clark Bird Museum in the front of Phillips Science Hall on the UW-Eau Claire campus.
