EAU CLAIRE -- Two University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire faculty members have received support grants from the UW System Institute on Race and Ethnicity for 1998-99.
Dr. Caroline Joan Picart, assistant professor of philosophy and religious studies, received support for her project titled "Inside Notes from the Outside: Attempts at a Post-Colonial Politics of Representation."
Max Garland, assistant professor of English, and Jeffrey Kuykendall, a senior English major from Brookfield, received support for their project titled "Day of Grace: The Poetry of Denise Sweet."
