EAU CLAIRE -- The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire music and theatre arts department will present the following musical performances the week beginning Monday, Feb. 16. All events are free and open to the public.
SUNDAY, FEB. 22:
* Jeffrey Hodapp, a lecturer of music and theatre arts, will present a faculty tuba recital at 7:30 p.m. in Phillips Recital Hall of the Fine Arts Center. The recital includes the pieces "Una Furtiva Lagrima," by Gaetano Donizetti, "Ricercar" by Domenico Gabrieli, "Convalescence Suite" by Alec Wilder and "Sonatina" by Halsey Stevens. After a short intermission, Hodapp will perform "Silhouette" by John Harmon, "Conjectures" by Eddie Sauter and "Thoughts of Love," by Arthur Pryor. Gloria Chuang will accompany him on piano.
