Four Students Appointed to Student
Council for Exceptional Children

EAU CLAIRE -- Four students from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire were chosen this fall to represent the state of Wisconsin as executive members at the state level of the Student Council for Exceptional Children.
Senior Brad Martin, a special education major from Blair, was selected as president. Junior Dawn Stransky, a special education major from Owatonna, Minn., was selected as vice president. The position of Governor was delegated to senior Carolyn Bortz, a special education major from Butternut. And sophomore Peggy Gregorich, a special education major from Spencer, was appointed secretary.
Senior Naomi Sauder, a special education major from Eau Claire, was the recipient of a state CEC scholarship. Sauder was presented the award this fall at the state CEC conference.
