Women's Concert Chorale
to Perform Nov. 19

EAU CLAIRE -- The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's 65-member Women's Concert Chorale, conducted by Stephen Rosolack, will present its fall concert at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov.19, in Gantner Concert Hall of the Fine Arts Center.
The chorale will premiere a work by member Koral Rose Curkeet titled "A Mother's Lament," which is dedicated to the memory of Mother Theresa of India.
The concert also will include music by Hassler, Dunstable, Verdi, Lekberg, Mendelssohn, Effinger, Handel, Pfautsch, Gardiner and Porter.
Guest performers, violinist Lisa Whipkey and oboist Heather Strutt, will accompany the choir in "Three Songs of Innocence" by Robert Wetzler.
Other instrumentalists for the ensemble are Ondra Williams, pianist, and Angela Stodola, flutist.
Ticket prices are $4.75 for the public; $3.75 for ages 17 and under, 62 and over, and faculty and staff; or $1.25 for students with a UW-Eau Claire ID.
