EAU CLAIRE -- "Decorated Papers and Dynamic Books," a one-credit class, will be offered from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 and 15, in room 201 of the Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
Students will learn three decorated paper techniques as well as how to construct pop-out, flag and multiple twist sewn books with their papers. Karen Horan, an adjunct assistant professor in the UW-Eau Claire art department, and undergraduate student Kimberly Byerly will instruct the class.
The course fee is $120.48 for undergraduate credit or $193.83 for graduate credit. There will be a $20 lab fee for all participants.
