EAU CLAIRE -- The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Children's Center will continue to offer evening child care during the academic year from 5 to 9 p.m. Wednesdays and Thursdays to facilitate attendance at evening classes for parents of children ages 2-10.

Nurturing, education and safe child care are provided, including enrichment in music, art, science, creative dramatics, literature, computers and other areas of interest to children. Qualified professionals in early childhood education assisted by university students staff the center. Thanks to Student Senate support, rates are reduced to $2.25 per hour.

To register, call 836-2178. To reserve desired times, necessary forms along with a $5 registration are required. The Children's Center is accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs.
