EAU CLAIRE -- A program titled "Career Planning With Myers Briggs Type Indicator(r)" is slated for Sept. 20.
The program will run from noon to 4:30 p.m. in the community room of the Menomonie Public Library in Menomonie.
Adults in transition from one career to another or adults looking for more satisfaction in their current careers are encouraged to attend.
Seminar participants will take the Myers Briggs Type Indicator(r) at the start of the workshop. In the four hours of presentations and group activities, participants will learn the language of type, experience type preferences and how they differ, discuss how type enriches work relationships and career enjoyment, and begin planning for career change.
The program is free but participants must register by Sept. 15. Space is limited to 15. To register, call the EOC at (715) 836-2024.
The event is sponsored by the Educational Opportunity Center, housed at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
