EAU CLAIRE -- The Jazz III Ensemble will present a concert at 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 6, in Gantner Concert Hall of the Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The ensemble will be directed by Robert Baca, associate professor of music. The group will perform "Mesplivens" by Chris Campbell; "In Her Family" by Pat Metheny with arrangement by Robert Curnow; "Wynton" by Geoff Keezer; "To You" by Thad Jones; "Cabeza De Carne" by Matt Harris; "Solitude" by Duke Ellington; "Patty" and "The Gospell According to Miles" by Dominic Spera; "Orange Colored Sky" with arrangement by Roger Holmes; and "Hip Bones" by Mike Pendowski. Tickets for the concert are $3.50 for the general public; $2.50 for senior citizens, children under 18 and faculty and staff; or free with a UW-Eau Claire ID.
