EAU CLAIRE - Sophomore nursing students and nursing faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire will offer free physical exams for children ages 6-12 on Tuesday, April 29, and Monday, May 5.

Appointments will be held from 4-5:15 p.m. Parents should allow approximately two hours for the screening.

The free evaluations include health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings and physical exams. Faculty will sign sports or camp physical forms following evaluations.

The program is open to the public. Appointments are limited and will be taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
