MAILED: April 4, 1997 EAU CLAIRE - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Career Services office will sponsor a four-day series of workshops focusing on specific job search topics. Workshops will be held from 4-5 p.m. April 14-17. The first workshop, "Resume Content," will be held Monday, April 14, in the Indianhead Room of Davies Center. Students will learn the basics of resume creation and how to target resumes for specific jobs. On Tuesday, April 15, "Job Search Strategies: It Starts with a Plan," will be held in the Indianhead Room of Davies Center. Students will learn how they can plan their job search using tried and true tricks of the trade. "Interviewing: What Comes After the Handshake?" will be held Wednesday, April 16, in the Arrowhead Room of Davies Center. The transition of moving from college to work will be the topic of the fourth workshop, titled "Your First Year on the Job." This workshop will be held Thursday, April 17, in the Eagle Room of Davies Center. This series of workshops is free and open to the public.
