EAU CLAIRE -- The Women's Chorus will present a concert at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 30, in Gantner Concert Hall of the Fine Arts Center at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. The group will be conducted by Ronald Buckles, associate lecturer of music, and accompanied by Irina Goldenberg, a junior music major from Eau Claire. The choir will perform "Come At Dawn," "Moon Song" and "May" by Eugene Butler; "Laudate pueri Dominum, Op. 39, No. 2" by Felix Mendelssohn; "I'd Enter Your Garden," "The Fiddler" and "How Sad Flow the Streams" by Johannes Brahms; "Hello, Girls," an American folksong arranged by Lloyd Pfautsch; "He's Gone Away" and "Will He Remember?" arranged by Ron Nelson; "Great Gettin' Up Mornin,'" a spiritual arranged by Mary Goetze; and "The Rhythm of Life" by Cy Coleman with arrangement by Richard Barnes. Tickets for the concert are $3.50 for the general public; $2.50 for senior citizens, children under 18, and faculty and staff; or free with a UW-Eau Claire ID. Tickets are available in the lobby of the Fine Arts Center.
