MAILED: April 17, 1997 EAU CLAIRE - The Educational Opportunity Center, housed at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, will sponsor the workshop "Career Exploration with the Myers Briggs" from 1-5 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, in the Menomonie Public Library Community Room, Menomonie. "Career Exploration" is aimed at adults who are involved in career transitions or are considering returning to school. During the program, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator will be used to identify each participant's personality type. Following the test, results will be used to determine the career or education paths supportive of each personality type. Jill Christopherson, of the Educational Opportunity Center, will lead the workshop. Christopherson has more than nine years of experience in career counseling and holds a master's degree in guidance and counseling. Christopherson's past experience includes career-related presentations to individuals in transition as well as providing out placement services to employees at Cray Research Inc., Uniroyal, Land O'Lakes, Supercomputer Systems Inc. and Armour Co.
