EAU CLAIRE - The Educational Opportunity Center, housed at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, will sponsor Career Exploration with Myers Briggs for people who are anticipating a change in career or a return to school. Jill Christopherson, of the EOC, will lead the program, which will run from 12 to 4 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 18, at the Clark County Job Center in Neillsville. Participants will take the Myers Briggs Type indicators and learn the language of Type. In the three-hour presentation and group activity, participants will discuss how Type enriches work relationships and career enjoyment, and begin planning for career change. Participants will also learn about regional training and educational resources. Christopherson holds a master's degree in guidance and counseling and has more than nine years experience in career counseling. She has presented career related topics locally and internationally and has helped individuals work through opportunities brought by economic change. The program is free and open to the public.
