EAU CLAIRE - General ticket sales begin on Monday, Feb. 24, for a concert by The Wallflowers on Tuesday, March 18, at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. in Zorn Arena. Reserved seating tickets are $15.

A special pre-sale for UW-Eau Claire students will take place Thursday through Sunday, Feb. 20-23. Purchasers must present a valid UW-Eau Claire student ID card in person at the University Service Center, in Davies Center. Sales are limited to four tickets per customer.

Tickets will be available to the general public on Feb. 24, and may also be ordered by phone by calling (715) 836-3727. A toll-free number -- 1-800-949-UWEC -- has been set up for those outside the Eau Claire area who wish to order tickets for The Wallflowers concert. Telephone orders must be accompanied by payment with either MasterCard or Visa. A $3 handling fee is charged on all telephone orders.

The concert is sponsored by Event Resources Presents, Inc., and the University Activities Commission of the UW-Eau Claire Student Senate.
