EAU CLAIRE - Adults interested in receiving assistance in career and education planning can attend an education outreach program in Black River Falls in February. The program, sponsored by the Educational Opportunity Center, will be held from 1-5 p.m.. Tuesday, Feb. 25, at the Western Wisconsin Technical College in Black River Falls. The program is free and open to the public. The EOC is housed at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Individual appointments can be scheduled by calling Bonnie Isaacson at (715) 836-2024. -30-
