EAU CLAIRE - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Academic Advising and Career Services will sponsor a four-day career workshop series geared toward students who have already chosen a major or are considering a specific major.

"Career Focus at 4: Get Ready for Action" begins with a focus on resume writing Feb. 3 in the Indianhead Room of Davies Center. Basic techniques of resume writing will be taught. Students are encouraged to bring their own resumes in rough draft form.

Continuing on Feb. 4 is a workshop on job search strategies. That workshop will be held in the Arrowhead Room of Davies Center.

Preparation for job interviews will be the topic Feb. 5 in the Arrowhead Room.

The workshop series concludes Feb. 6 in the Eagle Room of Davies Center with a focus on networking and using it as an advantage in the job search.

All sessions begin at 4 p.m. and are free for UW-Eau Claire students.
