Photo Opportunity — Chancellor Mash Involved with Student Activities

UW-Eau Claire Chancellor Donald Mash will throw out the honorary first pitch this afternoon to start the annual Horan Hall Wiffle Ball Challenge. The tournament will begin at 3 p.m. today (Wednesday, Sept. 1) in Horan Hall’s backyard at the top of the campus hill.

The Wiffle Ball Challenge is part of the hall’s Sausage Fest. The fest — featuring plenty of grilled sausage, bratwurst and kielbasa — will continue into the evening.

Each residence hall is hosting an event for their students, providing a way for new students to meet returning students and residence hall staff.
