UW-Eau Claire School of Nursing to
Offer Free Physical Exams

EAU CLAIRE - University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire sophomore nursing students and nursing faculty will conduct a free health assessment clinic for children ages 5-12 on Monday, Aug. 2.

Clients will receive evaluations that will include health histories, nutritional assessments, vision and hearing screenings and physical exams. Faculty will sign some sports or camp physical forms.

Appointments begin between 2 p.m. and 4:20 p.m. Participants should allow about two hours for a complete screening assessment.
