Announces Scholarship Recipients

EAU CLAIRE - The College of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire awarded 2004-05 academic year scholarships to the following students:

Kristin Geiser, a business administration major from Chilton, received a $1,000 Helen B. Andersen Memorial Scholarship ($500 each semester).

Chelsea Heston, an accounting major from Pulaski, received a $500 Becker Business Scholarship.

Melissa Bautch, a marketing major from Independence, received a Philip Breitman Memorial Scholarship, which includes tuition and fees for fall and spring semesters.

Blia Her, an accounting major from Eau Claire, received a $1,000 Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company College of Business Sophomore Diversity Scholarship ($500 each semester).

Katrina Champeny, a management major from Conover, received a $1,000 Jacob Leinenkugel Brewing Company College of Business Junior/Senior Diversity Scholarship ($500 each semester).

Chou Yang, an accounting and management information systems major from Manitowoc, received a $1,000 Robert D. MacDonald Memorial Scholarship ($500 each semester).

Roman Chiu, a marketing major from Hong Kong, received a $1,000 Brad Olson Memorial Scholarship ($500 each semester).

Stephanie Jeanquart, an accounting major from Brussels, received a $2,000 Wells Fargo Bank-Eau Claire College of Business Diversity Scholarship ($1,000 each semester).

Sarah Boomgaarden, a marketing major from Bloomington, Minn., received a $1,500 Charles F. White Memorial Scholarship ($750 each semester).

Manish Joshi, a human resource management major from River Falls, received a $2,000 Xcel Energy College of Business Diversity Scholarship ($1,000 each semester).
